The conceptual artist David Horvitz (US, °1987) uses many different techniques and media for his work. Inspired by the internet Horvitz looks not only for the limits of the medium, but also the poetic character or the shortcomings. Technology is herein often a ‘form’ instead of a ‘medium’. He questions authorship, the limited scope of ownership, the manipulation of information or the loss of control in our contemporary screen society
