Opening reception of the Jason’s Room exhibition by the American video and performance artist Ann Hirsch. She furnished a bedroom for her male alter ego, Jason Biddies. Several videos that are integrated into Jason’s bedroom offer insight into his past, present and future and explore his relationships with intimacy, sexuality and self-esteem. This solo exhibition commissioned by KRIEG coincides with a brand new performance by Ann Hirsch in the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, at the end of October 2019.
